I didn’t understand that reference at first so I looked it up and apparently there were fifty-seven academics who theorized that Shakespeare was gay/bisexual.

Also, sonnet 57 is supposed to be about a guy that Shakespeare was in love with.

The Doctor remarks at one point in this episode that a skull looks like that of a Sycorax. Shakespeare claims he’s using that word, as he likes it. There is a Shakespeare character called Sycorax. #researchpayskids

I always love it when this shows up on my dash.

hey remember when doctor who used to be awesome

What, and had deep plotlines where they actually discussed the moral outcomes of little things like genocide?

My son’s teacher is a Whovian and he missed three days of school to go to Gallifrey One this year. If you miss more than two days, you need a doctor’s note or the absence is unexcused. This is his Doctor’s note. It definitely will not be the one she’s expecting.

Paul McGann is literally one of the sweetest human beings in the universe
This is proof

If I was this kid’s teacher, I’d die right there in the classroom.

So would I !

donna—doctor—friends:

Fun Fact:  the name Donna is the Italian word for lady.

One translation of the word Temple comes from the word Tempus, meaning time in Latin (also used for the word temps in French which also means time)

Noble means being of royal birth, such as Lord

What I’m trying to point out is Donna Temple-Noble roughly translates to “Lady Time-Lord”

I REPEAT

DONNA TEMPLE-NOBLE MEANS LADY TIME LORD

WHEN THE WRITERS OF “DOCTOR WHO” FOUND OUT THAT DAVID TENNANT HAD TROUBLE SAYING WORDS ENDING WITH -OON WITHOUT REVERTING BACK TO HIS NATURAL SCOTTISH ACCENT, THEY WROTE AN ENTIRE EPISODE AND INVENTED A NEW TYPE OF ALIEN JUST SO THEY COULD MAKE HIM SAY “A JUDOON PLATOON UPON THE MOON.”
